IMPORTANT NOTE: Because we have closed our store and reduced our staff and offerings, we now only service a few brands in which we specialize.

Our Service Policy

The Offshore Store (the Company) is happy to provide troubleshooting and corrective measures related to a suspect unit and/or system. The Company's time and expenses related to such actions are the responsibility of the requesting party (the Customer). Should a problem be found that is covered by the warranty of a party for whom the Company acts as a warranty service provider, the Customer shall be responsible for any portion of the Company's time and expenses not paid by the warranting party.
